The role is within the Infrastructure Operations team and is focused on the constant improvement of IT support to the entire business. By becoming a part of this team you will be playing an intrinsic role in the Global IT of this business, including international development. This international environment will provide an opportunity for you to work alongside colleagues from around the globe in order to achieve your goals. Engaging in international conferences is one such way to do so. You will be working closely with the rest of the team utilising the latest technology to reach goals and overcome challenges that may arise. Expert training can be provided to ensure that you are learning and developing new skills. Responsibilities:Delivering 2nd level support of MS SQL Database administration for companies worldwide including troubleshooting, analysis and improvement of infrastructure.Researching, evaluating and providing technical solutions to address defined business requirements; ensuring all requests are prioritized and managed pro-actively according to impact.Playing a strong role in Microsoft Dynamics infrastructure support; following up on incidents and issues in cooperation with colleagues from different worldwide locations.Identifying alternatives and presenting recommendations that meet user needs and comply with established standards.
