We are partnered with a Central Government organisation to support them with a number of junior interim positions. One area they want to upscale is within the business analysis function. This is an exciting position for someone at the start of their career who wants to step into the central government sector. The job specifics are listed below:As a Junior Business Analyst you'll: Map data and process owners, systems, and information availability and document this.Work with the Product Manager to iterate a product vision that is compelling to your users, team and stakeholders.Help support the vision, roadmaps and delivery of other products in your programme.Investigate, analyse, visualise, articulate and solve complex problems and concepts, and make disciplined decisions based on available information.Analyse and identify opportunities for service improvement.We're interested in people who:Have some analytical skills (e.g. user inputs and process flows).Have some understanding of business and user needs.Are able to define and iterate some 'as is' and 'to be' functions and services.Have some understanding of the government's approach to digital and technology transformation, as set out in the GDS Service Design Manual.Have experience/understanding of lean/agile development methodologies & processes.Have strong team-working, collaboration and interpersonal skills.Have good communication skills.Have some understanding of agile practices and how they help deliver products and services.Contract Details below:Start Date - April 2021Daily Rate - £200 - £250 per dayIR35 Determination - InsideIf ypu are interested in this position and would like to know more, please apply to this advert!
