UX/UI Designer

About Reset Health

Reset Health helps people who are living with type 2 diabetes and obesity to reset their own health. Quickly. Simply. And affordably. We combine medical expertise, smart technology and personal support to help all our members reset.

The Reset Programme is delivered through a dedicated digital platform, fully assisted with AI decision algorithms, as well as physical clinics located at accessible locations, with regular face-to-face or video access to clinical staff.

Our holistic medical delivery model comprises Doctors, Nurses, Nutritionists, Psychologists and is supported by our member incentive programme, Mindset - recognising and rewarding our member and Mentor community.

The Role

We're looking for a UX/UI designer to play a pivotal role in helping grow our product, brand and member experience at Reset Health.

This role will bridge both our Customer Experience and Technology teams, taking direction from the Head of Customer Experience and working alongside our clinicians, product manager and front end developers.

What we're looking for

Someone with both user-centred design and digital product experience.

Must have a deep understanding of customer needs, and the processes required to build a meaningful user experience. Working with users and the internal team to understand problems and uncover key insights.

The role will require design and creation of user interfaces and an app for both our clinicians and members. Including an interactive dashboard, progress recording and content hub.

You will be involved in the co-creation of a medical incentive programme for our members.

You enjoy immersing yourself in the detail and are happy to ‘get your hands dirty' to deliver clear and attractive design outcomes.

You will be helping develop style guides to ensure high design standards and consistency as we roll out locally and internationally.

Your skills

Can demonstrate hands-on experience of UX Design methodologies.

Taking sketches and paper prototypes through to high-fidelity design output.

Experienced in user journey mapping, user experience & user interface creation.

Good understanding of digital comms design and execution.

An eye for beautiful design, and a passion for innovative solutions.

Strong communicator, both to the team and to users. Can articulate clearly and effectively discussing your design ideas and feedback to other people regarding design solutions.

Comfortable working both independently and leading on collaborative product discovery.

Well versed in programmes such as Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Keynote, Google Workspace or similar

Strong understanding of iOS and Material Design guidelines
