Head Of AnalyticsWe're working with an exciting start-up in Stockholm passed the first few tough years and following some recent investment they are actively seeking to push the business through its next phase of growth, the company has an innovative in house BI tool providing insights and analysis on visitor flow and traffic data providing customers with the knowledge to increase sales, improve traffic flows and reduce crowds. You will be involved in a super exciting time as the company looks to improve their offering and expand services into more industries and locations. As Head of Analytics you will be responsible for a small team of Data Analysts with potential of increasing headcount by 150% by the end of the year. You will be experienced within Advanced Analytical methods to provide insights using data and the latest methods to get accurate and use-able results, you will be expected to mentor and guide members of the team and implement a vision within the department, within this role you will have creative freedom to work with and improve the current method/tools. Speaking with customers at a higher level to engage more thought provoking ideas into how they can use the tool to best suit their business.
