Technical Support Supervisor - Automotive/HGV's

Technical Support Supervisor role on offer for a company that has grown throughout this period and has huge investment planned where you will be given full product training and play a key role as the face of the company.

Do you have a technical background working with motor vehicles/HGV's/Plant? Are you looking for a customer facing role where you will take the lead as the main technical point of contact?

Established over 100 years ago this company design, manufacture, supply and service adapted vehicles for clients in the UK and all over the world. They currently require a Technical Service Specialist for their site in Slough as part of their expansion.

Your role will be to deliver an exceptional service to customers through supporting the running of the department. You'll be a vital link between customers, mobile technicians, workshop technicians and service controllers. This will involve dealing with service requests, providing technical expertise and coordinating work.

The ideal person will be apprentice/NVQ/C&G Level 3 qualified in light/heavy vehicles with good mechanical and electrical skills. You will have strong communications skills and will be used to dealing with customers.

The Role:

*Technical Support Supervisor (Adapted HGV)

*Assisting with running the department

*Providing expert support for service requests

*Coordinating jobs and technicians using SAP
