Your role as Technical Coordinator (m/f/d) 1st and 2nd Level Technical Support with Key User Support ModelManage 3rd Level Support with int/ext PartnersCheckups before and Event Support (physical presence) during sessions with external customersDocumentation (as closing of initial project and as continuous task)Maintenance:Preventive maintenance: upgrade, Lifecycle of Devices / SW / InfrastructureImplementation of technical devices, Technical interfaces. Integration of Multimedia, Organizational interfaces to Facility Management, GIS, DIA IT departments, business IT, external vendorsRequired skillsStakeholder and Project Management with a minimum of 3 - 5 years operative experience preferred in the IVD SectorTrained and familiar with technical Infrastructure - AV technology, power supply installations, signal technologyIT basics (PC, network, Clickshare, OS, AMS, Digital Signage)Experienced in requirement engineeringBusiness Analysis / Risk ManagementFluent in German / English ( candidates without those skills will be rejected immediately )Strong in social skills and communication in a intercultural environmentTechnical Multimedia Operation, Maintenance and Enhancements experience Further informationLocation: Zug, SwitzerlandStart date: 16.03.2021End date: 31.12.2021 Interested?
