Junior Project Manager / PM Oxford to £35k

Junior Project Manager / PM (Agile). Would you like to progress your career working on Tech for Good systems whilst continually learning?

You could be joining a scale-up medical technology software house, the core product is a high quality, scalable and maintainable software that will help revolutionise the way that X-rays are taken, making them more accessible and cost effective.

As a Junior Project Manager you will partner with the Senior Project Manager, taking ownership of government grant funded projects to ensure their successful delivery. Responsibilities will include organising and leading project review meetings and quarterly review meetings with the Grants Monitoring Officer and other partners; you'll report to internal and external stakeholders and become the "voice of the customer". You'll also participate in long-term project planning and translate project plans into medium and short plans for the R&D team ensuring they are realistic and achievable.

You'll be collaborating with colleagues in software development including participation in daily SCRUM stand-ups and with the Senior Project Manager and VP of Engineer to plan resources. There's a friendly and collegiate team environment where you'll be supported to reach your full potential.

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home; in time you'll join accomplished colleagues based just outside Oxford, with parking available and some continued flexibility.

Requirements:

• You have commercial experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• You're tech savvy, familiar with software development process, Agile methodologies and Cloud based technology
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You're bright, enthusiastic and keen to learn and progress your career in project management
• You have advanced organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail, you'll be working in a regulated industry where quality is paramount
