Java Developer, Security Software

This company is small, yet well established in Sweden. Their industry-leading flagship product, brings identity and API security together, enabling highly scalable and secure user access to digital services.

Their customers are large organisations that work in the digital world that want to protect their users/customers. These customers include popular names both in Sweden and internationally.

With the development be based around the company's flagship product, this position is very important to the company, so demand is high. When building security software, the product must be solid, tested, and safe, so your responsibilities will reflect that attitude.

They work in longer sprints which last 6 weeks and they work until each feature is complete. If a feature is completed on-time it merges with the main development branch, if not the work continues on an integration branch until it is. This model allows them to provide consistent deliveries while maintaining top quality work.

Desired Profile

As well as 5+ years of professional experience, applicants should also have the following:Strong understanding of Java and KotlinKnowledge of GradleAn understanding of REST and Web APIsUnderstanding of Linux and ability to use Mac as your only workstationObject-oriented design and programming abilitiesIt's a bonus if you have:An understanding of Security - OAuth 2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, PKI, and/or cryptoGood understanding of non-IAM aspects of information security

Applicants should also have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related subject.
