Change Manager WfH / Bracknell to £70k

Change Manager. One of the world's longest established technical and business services organisations is seeking an experienced Change Manager as they go through a period of transformation and growth. You will work on key projects and will have responsibility for designing and implementing change management strategies to increase employee adoption, usage and understanding of the change.

As a Change Manager you will focus on the people aspect of change; including changes to business processes, systems and technology, facilities, job roles and organisational structures. You will drive faster adoption, increased utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. You'll work with the business to create SMART and actionable deliverables across communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training and resistance management planning and conduct impact analysis and asses change and readiness, feeding back to senior management / stakeholders.

There's currently a remote interview and onboarding process as well as the ability to work from home full-time; in time you'll join a friendly, professional team with a family feel based in modern, open plan offices in Bracknell (parking available, close to mainline station), with continued flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.

Requirements:

Strong Change Management experience including a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies (e.g. ITIL, Six Sigma)

Experience with producing quality Change Management plans that have been successfully delivered at scale

Good understanding of how people go through a change and the change process with the ability to influence others in transitioning towards a common vision or goal

Resilient and tenacious

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Collaborative team member
