The fate of our planet is not a done deal. At WWF we are determined to save it by finding solutions to the greatest environmental problems facing our planet. Our supporters are our lifeblood and without their support our work would not be possible. This is where your skills as a Project Delivery Manager come in. We want you to help bring us closer to our supporters and the broader public, so that our work can be more relevant, purposeful and impactful.

As the Project Delivery Manager, you will help us grow the depth and breadth of our supporter base and help deliver lasting change by project managing a portfolio of projects planned to help bring a more sophisticated understanding, classification and tracking of our support engagement. These projects include the development of our data assets needed to drive our supporter analytics, the development of an audience segmentation to help us deliver to our supporters' needs more effectively, and helping to embed these into the organisation.

We will look to you to transform the project visions into a detailed, deliverable and measurable project blueprint, and work closely with the delivery team to ensure that the project is delivered. Working alongside the broader project team, you will be the key day to day contact and will coordinate, plan and schedule activities, manage stakeholder communications and monitor progress against deliverables. Important will be the ability to collect and document user stories and requirements to ensure project outcomes meet organisational needs. You will also embed segmentation into the organisation through the delivery of training programmes and workshops.

An effective project manager with experience of business analysis within an agile methodology, you will excel at delivering large projects of a technical nature, from planning through to delivery. You'll be used to analysing and mapping business flows systems, as well as delivering needs and processes analysis. An understanding of relational databases, analysis of CRM data, and consumer research would be an advantage. You will also be familiar with development tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.

Your technical expertise will be complemented by the ability to multi-task, work at pace and under pressure. You will also possess strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills.

Our vision is for WWF to be the thought leader in our sector, to pioneer and drive data development and insight that makes real and lasting positive change for the planet.  If you can help us deliver that vision, we would love to hear from you. Please visit our website to complete the online registration and submit a copy of your up to date CV with cover letter highlighting what makes you the perfect fit for the role and what sets you apart from the competition.

Close date 14th February 2021.

Every role at WWF is open to applications from all sections of society. We believe in the potential of everyone regardless of; race, religion or belief, ethnic origin, different physical ability, family structure, socio-economics, age, nationality or citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other aspect that makes you, well you.  Here at WWF we're committed to conscious inclusion that helps cultivate an ethos of belonging, connection and shared purpose.  We believe that the more diverse we are the better we become; this brings us together and empowers us to develop, engage and inspire; and critically to help build a future where people can live in harmony with nature.

Our policies and benefits reflect the importance of people being able to have a good work-life balance and being able to bring their ‘full self' to work.

Our world needs you like never before. We are the first generation to know we are destroying the world and we could be the last that can do anything about it. We're looking for people who are passionate about making it politically, socially and economically unacceptable to destroy our planet's natural resources. We need you to join us in the fight for our world.
