My Scottish based client in the software space is looking for an immediately available Scrum Master. Here they will support another permanent Scrum Master and will lead 3 Scrum Teams of their own. This role is outside of IR35, fully remote and will be for 9 months with the possibility of extension. Working closely with the Software Development Manager, the ideal candidate will: Have successfully lead numerous Scrum teamsEnsure the teams understand Scrum and that they adhere to the theory, practice and use of tools in order to maintain accountabilityHave a strong knowledge of AgileBe capable of standing in/supporting your Scrum Master colleaguePossess deep theoretical and practical knowledge of ScrumHave experience delivering against tight deadlinesA Proactive nature and be able to work on their own initiativeHave experience in companies of various sizesBe a confident professional that can instil confidence in other team member If this role sound of interest to you, then please apply.
