Test Manger Role Responsibilities A leading Global Bank currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst.The Business Analyst (BA) will be responsible for supporting Project Manager(s) across a number of projects through the ensuring all work / documents are compliant with the HSBC internal processes. The BA will: Work with Cyber function lead, business representatives and Operating functions to identify and collate required information
Undertake current and future state process mapping
Can facilitate requirement workshops
Document user stories and user experience requirements
Complete requirements gathering and traceability
Strong Stakeholder management
Can create service workflows / process modelling
Design updates to operating model
Support technical teams around Solution design and testing
Able to Transition projects into Business as UsualAny with Cyber Security experience would be an advantage.
This role will be based in Sheffield and will be an initial 6 month contract. Skills and Experience 5+ Years of End to End to Test manager Experience
Researching and Analysing product test features being tested.
Creating test plans, test cases and test scripts
Recording test progress and Test results.
Prioritising and tracking defects
Understanding of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery life cycles.
Demonstrable experience in working and leading in fast-paced Agile delivery environment is desirable
Experience in a large organisation in financial services or another highly regulator sector is desirable
Experience of delivering multiple projects in parallel
Excellent stakeholder management Daily Rate350 inside IR35
