The Organisation We create solutions to help save and improve lives!  Our digital solutions are used to support all aspects of our business including organ & tissue donation and blood donation.  This particular role would likely be in the Donor Experience product centre which focusses on great digital solutions to support our donors.  For example, we build and support services to allow donors to make appointments to give blood or convalescent plasma. The Role The Business Design team have accountability for Business Analysis, User Research and Service Design within NHSBT. The team are responsible for defining user needs and designing digital services to enhance users experience. The business analysis team is well established, whereas the user research and service design teams are currently being fulfilled by additional capability from FutureGov.  FutureGov are a strategic partner who will help embed a culture of user centred design. The graduate user researcher role will join at an exciting time and be able to learn from industry experts. Within the scope of this role there will be an opportunity to work alongside Architecture, Product Centres, Programme & Project Management as well close interaction with the operational areas of NHSBT. The Business Design team work on a number of key areas, system enhancements and process redesign as well as supporting discoveries for emerging business problems. The Candidate You will have excellent communication skills with a natural curiosity and desire to understand what users need from digital services. Experience and skills required Research and analysis experience Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods Awareness of digital development Some understanding of health services and technological context Passionate about delivering a positive experience to users  Closing Date: 23:59 Sunday 31st January 2021
