Excellent opportunity to join a highly ambitious company who aim to double their turnover in the next 3-5 years where you will play a key role in a range of interesting projects with the view to progressing into a Commercial Director role.This company are a very niche contractor in the commercial construction arena who undertake a range of prestigious projects ranging in value up to £1m. They have hugely ambitious plans to grow over the next 5 years and are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to play a pivotal role in this.In this role your time will be split between being office based and on customer sites. You will be involved in both Quantity Surveying/Estimating as well as managing all commercial aspects from contract negotiation through to final account. The company are committed to developing their employees therefore continual training will be given to assist you in becoming a technical expert. For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of the Director team in a company right at the forefront of their industry.The ideal candidate will have Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience from a Civils / Construction background and an excellent commercial awareness.

The Role:

* Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager - Specialist Contractor

* Quantity Surveying/Estimating

* Managing all commercial asepcts from contract negotiation through to final account

* Continual training and development

* Progression to Commercial DirectorThe person:

* Must have previous Quantity Surveying/Estimating experience

* Must have a Civils/Construction background

* Must have a good commercial awareness

* Must be based within 1 hours commute of Hull
