3rd Line Engineer - St Helens I'm working with an MSP based in St Helens who are looking to add an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to their team. You'll be working with the most uop to date technology within this growing MSP as well as providing direct support for clients. As part of the role you'll be visiting client site to work together with them to design and implement solutions within Azure, O365 and Infrastructure. What you'll need:O365 - Involvement and hands on exposure to migrationsAzure ADNetworking - WAN, LAN, DHCPWindows Server 2019Hyper-V or VMware exposure The day to day role will include BAU and projects work so you will be right in amongst the work from the get go. You'll be responsible for ensuring all tickets that come your way are resolved in a timely manor as well as putting things in place to prevent any client downtime.
