Acute Trust is looking for a Discharge Coordinator to help clear hospital beds due to Pandemic and the role is of urgent need to battle Covid and help save life's

Location Surrey

Rate:£300

1. Support with the management of staff within IDS with the completion of assessments and discharge planning of patients under direction of the Clinical Lead.
2. Support with the day to day operational functioning of the team, completing assessments and using theoretical knowledge to determine safe discharge plans for patients.
3. Assist the Clinical lead with setting standards and policies for clinical practice to ensure a co-ordinated and effective IDS service.
4. Ensuring excellent clinical standards at all times / leading by example.
5. Supporting the team with clinical supervision, training and the management of training updates required for staff within IDS.
