Role & ResponsibilitiesLiaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectivesManaging a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve successTaking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle - delivering to targeted cost, timescale, and quality parametersIdentifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them

Skills & QualificationsProject Management experience on the Salesforce PlatformIdeally hands on Salesforce prior experience Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesAbility to negotiate for project delivery successExperience of project planning, issue, risk and change managementDemonstrated experience of delivering projects to budget, on time, and at qualityStrong communication skills with proven stakeholder management
