I'm currently recruiting for an ambitious Test Analyst to join a reputable Microsoft Partner based in the Cambridgeshire area, who provide bespoke software systems to their client base.In this role you would be joining a small and close-knit team, taking ownership of testing their various software products. They are currently using manual testing practices, and are hoping to introduce automated testing in the future, which you would have the opportunity to lead on.You will be given a lot of autonomy, encouraged to introduce new ideas, and will be recognised for your work as this organisation are huge advocates of promoting from within.They are looking for an individual with strong prior testing experience, who is comfortable with SQL as well as various testing tools, and who is looking to progress their career with a forward-thinking organisation.Benefits: Salary of £30,000+ depending upon experienceCompany pension scheme22 days holiday rising to 25 days (opportunity to buy or sell days)Flexible working optionsThis organisation are looking to interview shortly and on-board over the coming weeks, so please apply ASAP to be considered.
