Tooling Design Engineer role available with an expanding company that offer a wide scope of training and a plan to develop and progress your skills.

Do you have experience working with Tooling Equipment? Have you worked with the Design of intricate equipment?

Established almost 50 years ago, this company specialise in the production of high quality precision equipment both UK and Worldwide. They have remained active throughout this year and are now making plans for next year and beyond.

The role will involve creating Engineering Drawings for a range of specialist tools and equipment, as well as working with manufacturing staff to help put your ideas into production. You'll also be performing trials for brand new equipment and helping to shape processes and practices to help the company with its long term vision.

The company are keen to see people develop, and you'll receive specialist training to help with this, as well as regular meetings to track your progress in line to taking on more responsibility within the company and progressing yourself to more advanced and senior roles.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Engineering Design within a process/manufacturing environment and be looking to build a career where you will be fully trained and developed.

*£35,000 - £45,000 + Training, Development & ProgressionThe Person:

*Completed Apprenticeship/Degree in Mechanical Engineering

*Experience of Working in a Tooling/Manufacturing Environment

*Knowledge of 2D Design practices

*East Grinstead based or able to commute
