Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer

My client, a dynamic, forward-thinking, growing consultancy is currently working with one of their end-user clients on an AWS Project. Specifically, they are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to make this a success. The position is one that can be done remotely but visiting Head Office and the client's site will be required once allowed to do so.

As an AWS DevOps Engineer, you will work with cutting edge modern technology and provide continuous integration and delivery. You will work on large scale, challenging projects that look to make a real difference.

Must have :

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience
  • Strong experience with infrastructure as code (IAC) using tools such as terraform or cloud formation etc
  • Elastic Container Service (ECS )
  • CICD Build Tools- Experience building this from scratch using tools such as Jenkins or Team City
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • Bash
  • Deploying lambdas
  • Reasonable fluency in a programming language such as Python, Ruby or Go
  • Good communication skills
