We are actively looking to secure a Senior PM to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Brief Description of Tasks to perform

As a member of the PM and PMO community, work collaboratively with other PM and PMO colleagues to enable delivery success: Ability to track progress against project plansAbility to track costs against budgetAbility to work with others to generate accurate forecastsActively maintain RAID logsFacilitate the production and collation of weekly client reportsBe proactive in identifying project risks and issuesCan set-up meetings and run them effectively and to timeCan facilitate workshops effectively with senior clientsRequired skills Experience of a scaling Agile (e.g. using Scaled Agile Framework, SAFe).Proficient in the use of Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.Experience in a PM or Scrum Master roleProficient in the use of Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project and collaboration tools including JIRA and Confluence.A good understanding of Business Analysis.Has worked on cloud-based solutions utilising AWS.An understanding of Java-based microservices.Flexible in working practicesExceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills including exceptional client facing/consulting skillsDemonstrable experience influencing senior stakeholders, building confidence in delivery and demonstrating domain knowledge.Will have own opinions about how to build great software and be prepared to defend themExperience of iterative development of a prototype through to a live MVP deliveryExperience running and facilitating technically-focussed workshops.Experience and appreciation of the value of Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban)Self-starter who is proactive and requires minimal support or guidanceDesirable Skills Experience working in the public sector.Interested candidates should submit their CV in the first instance.
