Senior Project Manager - MarketingOur client, a leading digital marketing organisation have an exciting opportunity to join their team working on a big project as we head in to 2021. This is a high profile and fast paced role within the business and this role will involve managing the lifecycle of multiple projects together with the provision of leadership, direction and supervision to development teams, independent projects and managing system changes. Role responsibilities:

•You'll develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.•As project manager, you'll assume management responsibility for more junior members of staff.  We want you to coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.•You'll be a key lynchpin with other departments to facilitate relationships and deliver on projects that span several areas of the business.•You'll take total technical ownership of assigned client systems and you will provide technical solutions and estimates for the full range of proposed projects.•You'll draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. You'll continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget and report back to senior management and the client via weekly or other progress reporting and by organising and managing status meetings.•You'll manage expectations of clients and project stakeholders/sponsors at multi-levels including C/board level take ownership for driving delivery through, be client facing and build a level of respect with your clients.

Skills required:

•You'll have significant experience as a project manager and have experience within all aspects of process development and execution - we're particularly keen to see experience of delivering digital solutions through full-cycle web builds, ETL process experience, Marketing Sciences (Analytics) and QA processes.•You'll be a team leader and manager - with experience of growing and developing a team and helping get the best out of your colleagues.•You'll have some understanding of some or all of internet apps, architectures, OS', functionality, intra/extranet, client server architectures, data engineering, reporting & analytics.•Experience in delivering marketing solutions to clients with knowledge and understanding of both the marketing technologies (Salesforce / Adobe / Acoustic) and client challenges in the marketing arena.•You will have a good understanding of data security issues
