Senior Business Analyst

Greater Manchester

£50000 - £60000 per annum

Client is a leading organisation who currently have a number of transformation projects underway and are currently looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst.

Your main responsibility will be to translate both IT and operational requirements within a fast-paced business, with the goal of delivering end to end solutions which are robust and efficient.

Responsibilities as a Senior BA:

* Ability to collaboratively work with the wider delivery team such as Project Managers, IT teams and internal stakeholders to understand business strategies, risks and impacts; ensuring shared awareness and understanding across project teams

* Engaging with clients to understand and model "as-is" and "to-be" business processes

* Identifying and documenting business requirements

* Defining IT system requirements for internal development in the form of User Stories

* Researching possible 3rd party technology solutions where applicable

* Liaising with key stakeholders to agree and drive priorities

* Driving User and Operational Testing activities to ensure smooth implementation and transition

* Developing and maintaining active documentation to support knowledge sharing

Skills/Qualifications Required:

* Strong analytical background with a proven track record of developing robust business cases with supporting cost / benefit analysis.

* Experience leading business analysis, on large or complex projects & programmes

* Experience of business process modelling and levelling methods

* Proven ability to deliver business solutions for programmes / projects, balancing time, cost and quality.

* Strong ability to work with all levels of stakeholders

* Excellent written, numerical and presentation skills.

* Lean Six Sigma Qualified

* ISEB or BSC qualified

* BPMN
