Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Oracle Taleo techno functional consultant
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Individual Contributor for Taleo skillset
Recruiting Configuration - Settings, Requisition and Offer Fields and Forms, Application Flows, Automated Tasks, Career Sections, SmartOrg, Message Templates
Social Sourcing - Taleo Synchronisation, Branding, Settings
Integration - expert knowledge of TCC (Taleo Connect Client), ETL (extract, transform, load) process into HR Systems
Business process enhancement - good understanding of recruiting and learning and development processes
Oracle Support Process - Creation of Service Requests, use of knowledge base, liaison with oracle on SR
CR process - follow business process for change and governance and documentation - i.e. change forms, functional specs
Taleo upgrades - experience of patch upgrades, new releases, regression tests
Should have worked on Taleo latest releases
Should have completed at least 2/3 end to end Oracle Taleo Recruitment, on boarding and Learn module implementations
Should have experience configuring Taleo Recruitment, on boarding and Learn as per project requirements
Expertise on Taleo Connect Client (TCC).
Should have exp. in configuring/implementing security in Taleo as per project needs
Expertise on functional Requirement gathering skills, analysis, fit gap, solutions , workarounds
Should be expert in integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with Taleo
Should have good understandings of Oracle HCM modules and functionalities.
Expert in defining, designing and developing out bound and in bound interfaces/integration points
Expert in Developing custom Reports for various Taleo modules
Expert in data conversion, data mapping, data migration to Taleo
Expert in Documentation - Requirement documents, Fit gap, BRDs/FRDs, Strategy
Should be able to conduct trainings, preparation of training materials, user guides
Should be able to provide operational support, Issue analysis and resolution
Experience with dealing with re-engineering of HR processes.
Should have good communication Skills
Duration of the Assignment:
At least 6 months
