This role is within IR35 paying 400 a day. Ideal candidates for this team would be generalist engineers, comfortable at working across front and back end technologies, as well as CI/CD pipelines, and AWS infrastructure - going wherever the work requires them to go. They should be quick learners, self-starters, self-motivated, and able to find solutions to problems in a creative way. They should be used to operating in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders, building networks and relationships with people in other teams, and leveraging those networks in the course of their daily work. The ideal candidates for this role will have knowledge and expertise in the following:Front end code & javascript frameworks - Node.JS / React.Back end code & infrastructure - Java 8, Springboot, MavenCI/CD - tools such as Jenkins, Git, GitHub, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes
It would be useful to be familiar with these tools and methodologiesAgile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, XPAgile Tooling - Jira, Confluence, SlackAutomated Testing tooling and methodologies
In addition to the details listed above, the ideal candidate will:Be an approachable and supportive team member with a collaborative attitude within a demanding, maturing Agile environment.Have experience of working in a large scale delivery environment, with multiple developers working on a single code base with split deliveries.An ability and desire to keep with up with current trends and learn new technologies in order to develop Full Stack engineering capabilities.Be able to communicate effectively - spoken and written - to convey complex technical subject matter clearly, adapting to the audience
