Senior Software Developer / Video Games Programmer (C++ AAA Console Mobile). Are you an accomplished Software Developer looking to embark on a new venture?

This Senior Software Developer position is a high-impact role where you'll remain hands-on across design and architecture, calling upon your industry experience to lead the design, development, testing and implementation of game code across the full development lifecycle, to produce the highest possible quality gaming experience for users across the world.

You will be a key senior figure in leadership; heading up a small team (approx. 6) where you'll be the main point of contact in guiding career development, budgetary control and work prioritisation / allocation to optimise the growth and output of your team.

Requirements:

You have strong C / C++ programming experience

You have experience of working in the video games industry on console / mobile games, having shipped multiple AAA games

You have experience of providing technical / team leadership and mentoring others

You have strong knowledge of industry standard development practices: source control, asset pipelines, issue tracking, external QA and localisation teams

You have experience with low level optimisation, shader programming, physics or mathematics

You have a genuine passion for games and technology and love what you do
