Test Coordinator - IT/ Banking/ SharePoint (m/f/d) Are you an experienced Test Coordinator looking for a new project? Our client, a banking client with locations worldwide, offers an interesting and exciting project. You should be willing to perform daily service operation checks for the end of day processes, system and applications checks and communicate the status on the DEM (Delivery Management) Sharepoint. As a main task, you will take care of coordinating (and run) all job actions on the system test environment. Your role as Test Coordinator - IT/ Banking (m/f/d) Publish information about current and upcoming test or training limitations on the DEM SharePoint portalPerform various operations tasks for the system test and education environmentCoordinate the resolution of environment issues.Manage test environment reservations and capacity.Plan and coordinate data refreshes or restoring of data.Coordinate the maintenance tests for the test and education environments.Support the projects at test data management and test case execution planning & configurationCoordinate access and profiles for all users on the system test and education environmentsCoordinate with other IT services e.g. with locations in Germany and Asia to setup and run international test activitiesIdentify improvements and support the line heads to improve the processes from and to DEM.Required skillsDeep and broad knowledge around operations of heterogeneous IT environments3 to 5 years of relevant test environment coordinationStructured and accurate task handling approachAnalytic and conceptual skillsAbility to keep an overview and to set priorities even in stressful situationsProcess oriented mind setUnderstanding of financial services (banking)Knowledge of mainframe, job scheduling tool, MS OfficeKnowledge with Jira/ Confluence (nice to have) Languages: English and German Further informationLocation: Zurich Start date: January 2021End date: December 2022Workload: 100% Interested?
