This is a brand new opportunity within a global brand to join their engineering team as the Functional Safety Engineer. This is a new head-count for the business and brings an exciting opportunity for an experienced Functional Safety Engineer to develop the safety concepts for their ASIC development. You will be responsible for implementing the functional safety process to ISO 26262 for both software and hardware development, create safety analysis at IP level and conduct reviews with the engineering teams to ensure the safety standards are being met Skills RequiredMust have experience creating and/or maintaining functional safety concepts for ISO 26262Experience with FMEDA, FTA and HARA analysisKnowledge of digital design is desirable.If you are interested in discussing the Functional Safety Engineer position further please contact Emily Wright @ IC Resources
