Support Engineer - £40,000 - £45,000 - Fully remoteMy client is currently on the lookout for ambitious Support Engineers to join their rapidly expanding team. They are one of the UK's fastest-growing AWS Consulting Partners, dedicated to using AWS technologies to help their customer base increase productivity, scalability, cost efficiency, and security.They are looking for an experienced candidate to provide 2nd /3rd line support work and serve as an escalation point for the 1st line support team. You will work support and resolve client issues and will be part of the delivery team to build, implement and manage platforms. You'll have a great opportunity to progress into projects within 12-18 months as the company invests heavily into employee development.Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as this role is fully remote.Requirements:Good understanding of AWS core servicesTroubleshooting of Linux ServersSupport background working with clients or internal stakeholdersProblem solving skills Benefits:Pension schemeGenerous holiday allowanceExcellent career progressionFully funded training and certifications.
