My client are looking for an experienced CRO Consultant to join their brand new team, ideally at Head of CRO level. This is an exciting venture for someone to join a newly formed team - you will have a major impact on how the team grows, as well as business success moving forward. This exciting opportunity is based in Newcastle City Centre, however my client are giving the successful candidate the chance to work part remote, therefore you will only be required to come in to office just a few times per week. This gives interested candidates from further a field a chance to be apart of this newly formed role! (Please note, the role is fully remote currently due to COVID-19. This will apply when it is safe enough to go back into office)My client have grew rapidly recently, and have big plans in the next 5 years. They currently have 32 staff in their offices, and look to expand this to 110 in the near future. They are in the process of moving into a brand new office space due to their recent expansion and future plans. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with CRO Consulting, as you will be developing a roadmap for on-site CRO testing. You will deliver all relevant conversion and sales growth, as well as prioritise site improvements. You will develop a test plan for all fundamental areas, and deliver regular reports on ongoing test performances.You will have experience in the following:- B2C Ecommerce or Lead Generation- Creation of wireframes and conversion rate tests- Experience working effectively with external partners- Experience in using relevant Testing platforms- Monitoring & benchmarking competitor activityIf this role sounds of interest to you, please do apply now as they are looking to move the application process on quickly!
