Systems and Support Manager
Contract Type: permanent - 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Reporting to: Head of IT
Location: London WC1X - currently working full-time from home
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on candidate experience) plus 10% pension, health care cash plan and a range of other great benefits

About the role
As Systems and Support Manager you'll be responsible for the management and resolution of day to day IT issues, the administration and maintenance of Help Musicians' systems, and the motivation and performance of the IT support team to deliver exceptional levels of service and support.
Acting as a champion for best practice across the charity, you'll ensure standards of compliance are met at all times. You'll work with the Head of IT and Director of Communications & Business Services to deliver strategic change, planning and delivering a number of critical IT projects.
About you
To be successful your previous experience of providing IT support or managing an IT Support function in a hands-on role will be essential, including desktop, server, network and application support in a Windows environment.
With previous experience of managing employees, supporting and leading them to achieve their full potential, you'll also have effective stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of successful project implementation.
