Our client is currently searching for an Senior Epitaxy Process Engineer to be responsible for maintaining, developing and delivering process solutions relating to MOVPE and related InP and epitaxy technologies. The role will involve the day to day leadership, operation and ownership of the MOVPE areas, as well as directing and providing support to deliver agreed process schedules. Interfacing with design teams will be an important part of the role.    Required experience for the Senior Epitaxy Engineer will be as follows, Semiconductor MOVPE / MOCVD / epitaxy experienceExcellent InP knowledgeIII-V device knowledge beneficialExcellent communication skillsEngineering Degree in Electronic Engineering / Physics or equivalent  Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details.
