My Client a Leading Housing Assocciation based in Wembley London requires a CRM Support Developer (MS Dynamics 365)

About the role

Do you have MS Dynamics 365 experience alongside experience working with SQL and knowledge of DevOps methodology?

If so, we have an exciting role for you!

We are currently recruiting for an CRM Support Developer to come in and work closely with our CRM Project Team and larger IT department to ensure we are maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and support the delivery of our new features.

You will work with a number of teams - our development CRM team, our BAU teams like our IT Service Desk and infrastructure teams to support our D365 solutions and support testing of new solutions and features and ensure you work to build a robust, stable and scalable CRM platform.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working and collaborating with colleagues across our organisation like our CRM Product Owner who you will work with to create a product road map.

To be successful, you will have ideally had experience of using Northgate Housing. It would be amazing if you have had experience using Scribe. You will have had some exposure to and have worked in the social housing sector with solid experience in SQL.
