Are you an experienced IT support professional looking to take that next step?I am looking for an dedicated professional with around 5 years experience who can support systems and applications in a hybrid environment, utilising Microsoft Azure and on-premise infrastructure. My client utilise public cloud and private cloud, so this is a fantastic opportunity to gain more experience with these modern technologies. Key responsibilities:* Provide IT systems support - 50%

* Assisting the System Manager - 25%

* Provide user training and documentation - 10%

* Undertake project duties - 15% Experience sought:Minimum GSCE English & Maths educated to BTEC / HND level.Ideally MCDST qualified or at least 5 years' experience in IT services/operationsAny knowledge or previous experience in the following would be beneficial:

* Microsoft Azure

* Experience in deploying and supporting the Online suite of Office 365 applications

* Excellent knowledge of building and deploying Key skills:* Verbal and written communication to impart and discuss technical detail with audiences having both specialist and non-specialist knowledge.

* Good written and verbal communication with hardware and software suppliers.

* Proactive communication of information to team members, Section Leader and HoD.

* Providing training to end users when required.

* A structured approach to problem solving.

* Analysis of technical and business information and development of plans based on these inputs

* Ability to assimilate information from multiple sources and to make sound decisions/recommendations, including making suggestions for improvements to IT services.

* Ability to deliver against shorter term deadlines with variable notice periods

* Working as part of a team.

* Multi-tasking and ability to balance work priorities under pressure.

* Ensure compliance against business management systems
