An exciting opportunity has just arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing organisation based in London. This organisation is currently looking to bolster their service desk capability and this SDA will act as a single point of contact for all incoming calls and emails from customers regarding IT issues and queries, a critical role within this growing business.
Service Desk Analyst Requirements:
* Customer service / IT Service Desk experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to maintain composure in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
* Ability to understand business needs and prioritise issues accordingly.
* Ability to take ownership of and manage issues to resolution.
* A broad knowledge and interest in IT.
The Service Desk Analyst will be paid around £250pd for an initial 6-month contract. We will be looking to shortlist for interview later next week so please apply now for immediate consideration.
