My client is an award-winning tech start-up developing computer vision and augmented reality solutions for the commercial sector. They are well-funded and undergoing rapid growth to meet with commercial needs. As part of that growth, they are looking to hire a Digital UX / UI designer. You will be responsible for the design of their Augmented Reality UI, working directly with the Design Director and software leaders. You will take a lead on the interaction design and prototyping for the AR UI design. You will also have responsibility for developing a consistent digital identity that will be rolled out across the company - from the AR display to their web, cloud and app presence. Key skills/experience required:Extensive interaction and UX design experience, preferably with a focus around AR /VR UI productsExperience leading user experience research studiesProficiency with 2D and 3D design and prototyping tools, including Unity, Invision, Axure, Framer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etcExperience with Unreal, 3DS Max and Maya would be highly beneficialYou will be the driving force for all design activities, so this is an important role for the company.
