Applications Specialist Contract / 6 Months initially / Remote workingStart Date: ASAP
6 month contract plus extension
Location: Currently home based (office location is Hertfordshire based)
Rates are open DOE!
Opportunity to work on a transformation project, delivering to a public sector client.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and support to the team around the application capabilities.
Configuring, editing and adapting portal forms.
Documenting application set up.
Provide regular project status updates to management.
Provide support in application and forms testing, Quality Assurance testing.
Provide customer support with the application including resolving issues, preparing cases, update patches, manuals and training materials.
Essential skills
Ability to work as part of a project team, working to deadlines.
Experience of configuring the Capita R&B application.
Knowledge of and the ability to configure Capita Digital Portal.
Knowledge of and the ability to configure Capita Digital Forms.
Ability to work from home as part of a wider transformation team.
Desirable skills
Experience of working within the Public Sector.
