Senior Backend Developer, GothenburgThe Nordic Region's largest operator of loyalty programmes is looking to add to their development team.Currently working remotely for the safety of there own staff, developers normal work in-house at my client's HQ in central Gothenburg.Projects here are a hybrid between product developing and in-house consulting - these guys provide a full outsourcing service for loyalty programmes including gathering requirements, architecture, developing and maintaining code and hosting solutions.Your time would be split between developing features for their core product and then applying said feature to their customer's tailormade solutions. Projects can last from 4-6 years as these guys operate for the full lifecycle for the product. (Making you, the developer, responsible for your own code base and making higher-level decisions and responsibilities.)What are they looking for?For these guys seniority is not about the number of years you have been working it is about what you have done in those years. Have you had architectural responsibilities? Or full control over the product lifecycle before? (if the answer to these questions is yes, you are probably perfect for the role!)For a senior backend developer, they would ideally like to see someone who has professional experience with:PHP - Magento, Symfony or LaravelSQL: MySQL, SQL Sevrer or PostgresBuilding APIs - GraphQL, REST and SOAPORJavaSQL: Oracle or PostgresBuilding APIs - GraphQL, REST, SOAPPlease note - this is a Swedish speaking role.How they enjoy workOn top of being employed fulltime developer here enjoy working in a close-knit team.
