Security incidents impact the business from a cost and reputation perspective, therefore they are hiring an Incident Management Lead to proactively prevent, detect and respond to incidents to protect and support their employees and clients.
Your Responsibilities:
Responsible for escalated incidents from the Security Operations Centre.Check playbooks/processes have been followed.Continuous Improvements with the Incident Management/Response Processes.Responsible for ascertaining Root Cause Analysis activitiesPlay an active part in/ lead Post Incident Review activities. Essential Skills:
Incident Management remediation - Identity to review and resolutionSteps that need to be taken to resolve IT incidents.Stakeholder management and influencing skills dealing with complex issues.Understand cyber incident remediationA genuine enthusiasm and drive to work within Cyber Security.Desirable Skills:
Cyber Security Incident response and remediationThe client is happy to consider people without Cyber exposure providing there is a desire to learn.
Due to the sensitive nature of the work, all team members must go through security clearance.
