Agile Product Manager Leeds to £90k

Agile Product Manager / Product Owner (Salesforce CRM RESTful API). Are you a tech savvy Product Manager seeking a new challenge? You could be joining a fast growing FinTech that is helping to revolutionise consumer banking in the UK via its Cloud based SaaS platform.

As an Agile Product Manager you'll work with the Salesforce development team who are tasked with producing a new a banking contact centre Salesforce CRM software that will enable traditional banks to compete with technology driven challengers. You'll partner with the Salesforce development team to manage and prioritise the product backlog into epics and user stories; collaborate with other Product Managers / Owners, Business Analysts and Principal Engineers across the business to ensure coherent design and document technical user stories and acceptance criteria for your feature team.

Driven by technology this company is able to offer a remote interview on onboarding process during the current social distancing measures including work from home (100% during social distancing and then 2-3 days going forward).

Requirements:

Strong experience as Product Manager / Product Owner within Agile software development environments

Experienced with various Business Analysis techniques such as requirements gathering and documentation, user story creation and acceptance testing criteria

Good knowledge of Salesforce / CRM solutions

Ability to rapidly assimilate complex functional and technical requirements

Indepth understanding of Agile methodologies and their application

Genuine enthusiasm and motivation - keen to work for a growing business with lots of opportunity

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative, keen to share knowledge and continually learn
