IT Service Desk Analyst-Inside IR35- Band 4This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skills and experience to join our client's busy Service Desk.This is a full time post working an average 37.5 hours per week. The majority of shifts will be during core Service Desk hours but there may the occasional requirement to cover a weekend or evening shift.Experience/Skills RequiredExperience of an IT Service or helpdesk function in a busy, dynamic environment.
Good general understanding of technology, with practical experience of administering directories within a Microsoft environment an advantage.
Proven customer care skills.
Proven communications skills, pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent team player with a good sense of humour.
Copes well in a high volume environment.
Accurate word processing / typing / numeracy / data entry skills.
Experienced user of e-mail systems - MS Outlook and NHS Mail an advantage.
Flexibility to work varying shifts essential.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively.
