Cyber Security AnalystOur client is urgently looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to join their truly close-knit team based in Plymouth, on a permanent basis. The Cyber Security Analyst will assist the support of new cyber security systems and processes within the business, as well as carrying out tasks in relation to behaviour analysis, phishing campaigns, social engineering, vulnerability scanning and other related security tasks.The Cyber Security Analyst will be rewarded with a competitive salary, leading training, generous annual leave allowance, pension scheme and a range of discount vouchers from childcare to high street stores.Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Role Scope:

'€¢The daily monitoring of SIEM reports and dashboards'€¢Carrying out vulnerability assessments'€¢Behavioural analysis to mitigate the risk of the insider threat'€¢Investigating and resolving SOC related queries in relation to IT systems'€¢Monitor endpoints through utilisation of the TANIUM security system'€¢Investigate and assist in the resolution of endpoint issues'€¢Providing 1st line support to staff in relation to cyber security related issues '€¢You should be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent in an IT related subject and have thorough understanding and detail grasp of the concepts, principles and practices with Cyber Security.'€¢Knowledge and understanding of the NIS directive.'€¢Experience in the use of Tanium would be advantageous.
