Permanent, Full Time About the role Here at Babcock International we are looking for a SAP Solution Lead (SuccessFactors) who will be responsible for the analysis, design, configuration and support of the SAP SuccessFactors modules/solutions. This is a crucial role within the SAP applications team where you will be working closely with Babcock's customers to deliver, maintain, troubleshoot and enhance SAP functionality. Your responsibilities will include: Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in supporting SAP solutions in the area of SuccessFactors, SAP HR (OM/PA) and Payroll (ECC6) Leading in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs Ensuring all Business Processes, Functional specification, Technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date Ensuring the integrity of the SuccessFactors and SAP HR configuration in the SAP systems across multiple landscapes Demonstrate proof of concept and assist in training activities Perform initial testing of incident/problem fixes, change request, enhancements, and new functionality Works with the Service Desk, SuccessFactors, HR and Shared Service Centre teams to facilitate incident, problem resolution and SF releases/upgrades And as you're supporting our business we'll be supporting you. Proven implementation, design, configuration and support experience of SuccessFactors in areas such as Employee Central, LMS, Recruitment and On-Boarding Excellent understanding of configuration dependencies and integration points between separate functional modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HR Proven experience of managing and leading projects, changes and releases What else do I need to know about the role?
