ERPERP Product Owner (Dynamics AXAX / Manufacturing)Product Management and support - managing a team responsible for a complete ERPERP system in the Manufacturing and Production Sector - Configuration and change management, testing, bug fixes, business partnering, continuous improvement, team leadership, product roadmappingroadmapping, documentation & business process knowledge around finance processes including O2CO2C, P2PP2P, GLGL, AR/AP Client DetailsManufacturing and Production Client operating in the East MidlandsERPERP Product Owner (Dynamics AXAX / Manufacturing)DescriptionMust have own car with driving licenceMust be willing to travel to main place of work (East Midlands) and UK wide as per the demands of the role (2 > 3 days per week would be the most but with the Midlands being the main place of work)Must have demonstrable team leadership experience - ideally team sizes of c8+ but will consider smallerCandidates will manage the ERPERP Product team, product roadmaproadmap, product changes, configuration changes, testing, bug fixes, strategy of the productManagement of third party suppliersMust have some experience of working in Manufacturing and Production, Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, Aerospace or FMCGFMCG sectorsERPERP Product Owner (Dynamics AXAX / Manufacturing)ProfileIdeally 5+ years experience in IT working in a variety of positions such as Service Delivery, Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Manager, IT Manager or Applications ManagerMust have experience owning responsibility for an ERPERP System such as MS Dynamics AXAX, SAP, Oracle or similarMust possess demonstrable organisational skills and a passion for line managing a team of technical and non-technical product specialists (candidates don't need to be overly technical in this role)Superlative communication, stakeholder management and influencing skillsSelf driven, proactive and problem solving in natureERPERP Product Owner (Dynamics AXAX / Manufacturing)Job Offer£50,000 - £60,000 P/A + benefits with progression opportunities
