A growing organisation operating in the hospitality sector are seeing a SQL DBA/Developer to join their team in Reading.The role will be a 50/50 split between SQL Server DBA and Development work. Therefore, you will be responsible for typical DBA tasks, such as capacity planning, database design, , performance monitoring, as well as backup and data recovery. You will also be involved in the development of data products, focusing predominantly on SSIS and SSRS.Whilst the majority of their reporting is currently on SSRS, they are looking to move towards Power BI in the future, so you will have the exciting opportunity to get involved with this and gain exposure to the latest reporting tools.
