Role TitleMechanical Inspector

Rate£18.00p/hr To carry out Physical Inspections of products to ensure they are assembled and tested to drawings and standards. Carry out inspection of documentation ensuring it meets customer requirements. Review test results and configuration sheets ensuring product meets specifications as documented. Raise Non-Conformance's and Corrective actions on quality issues. To support and improve Quality in Manufacturing through: -

Ensuring all aspects of production are carried out in accordance with company procedures relating to HSE and relevant quality Codes of Practice.Train and facilitate contractors, trainees and apprentices when required.Ensure Work Order documentation is correct and completed to date before, during and on completion of the build process.To provide the verification and sign off of process generated documentation related to the manufacture of products.To read drawings and Schematics and carry out measurements using gauges and measuring equipment.
