Full Stack Developer (javascript css apis oop ruby). Multi award-winning start up is seeking a positive, capable Full Stack Developer to enhance their DevOps capability, take ownership of their work and make an impact. You'll be responsible for developing key new features with the opportunity to influence the direction of the team as it grows.

They intelligently blend executive headhunting, social network and leading-edge AI technology to help headhunters across 100 countries connect to premium candidates and roles that match their interests. The platform is particularly in demand for organisations and headhunters looking for a bespoke, time and cost effective way to source talent at the touch of a button.

In this Full Stack Developer role, you'll partner with the Product Team to formulate creative technical solutions to business problems and participate in retrospectives to improve the efficiency of the team. You'll have the opportunity to work across the full stack, from database through API, website to JavaScript to deliver these tasks, in conjunction with Unit and Integration Tests where appropriate.

As a Full Stack Developer you'll have the chance to refine and improve your software development skills on a diverse, contemporary tech stack including Ruby for backend development and JavaScript frameworks like React on the UI within a microservices / DevOps type environment.

The platform currently hosts 30,000 c-suite users and their trajectory of growth is set to continue in the coming year. You'll work on a strong pipeline of projects, where you'll proactively identify improvements in technology, scaling systems and encouraging best practices are met across development.

Requirements:

*You have strong JavaScript design and development experience (frameworks such as React, Angular / Backbone and well-structures CSS (SASS and LESS) and HTML5

*You have serverside development experience with at least one OO language (e.g. Java / .Net / Ruby)

*Familiar with backend web development / APIs

*You're naturally analytical and a keen problem solver

*You're a positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively via Pair Programming
