PMO Analyst - to £40k base + bonus +bens

As a highly successful and preferred recruitment partner to this well-established Financial Services Group, we have been instructed to assist in the hire of a PMO Analyst to join them out of their Newcastle office
Our client's business is a leading wealth management and investment company. They have asked us to assist in the hire of a PMO Analyst for a 6 month fixed-term employment contract.
Key Skills
*Advanced Excel
*Advanced PowerPoint
*Competent in all other MS Office applications.
*Practical experience in a PMO / Change environment.
*Good working knowledge of a project planning tool (MsProject, Clarity etc)
*Experience in administering / managing a tool is desirable.

Key responsibilities:
*Develop, maintain and continuously improve reporting dashboards
*Support Project Managers in the creation of steering committee packs and regular financial reporting
*Support the integrity of the data held in the PPM tool, ensuring the validity of reports.
*Assess benefits management across the portfolios to identify gaps, overlaps and conflicts and eliminate any double counting of benefits.
*Ensure all stakeholders from Project Coordinators to Portfolio Directors have access to accurate information that suits their needs. Understand the needs of different stakeholders and ensure the information provided is tailored to their unique needs.
*Assist with project governance.
