Strategy and Change Manager-Outside IR35- £262 Per DayOur client based in North London are recruiting for a Strategy & Change Manager to lead, shape and manage projects aimed at driving change in key areas of activity, consistent with organisational priorities and strategy.The post holder will use or build expertise in creative approaches to thinking about and doing change. They will lead strategically, through critical thinking, diagnosing challenges and coordinating actions. They will embed the use of user-centred design approaches, including experimentation, prototyping and rapid learning. You will work across the five core functions of the team: corporate strategy, corporate transformation, design and innovation, performance and learning, and public affairs and partnerships.-Ability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of people, in ways that develop trust, credibility and personal impact.-Strong verbal and written communication skills, that are convincing, persuasive and adaptable to a range of audiences.-Knowledge and awareness of local government finances, commercial issues and business case development.-Knowledge and awareness of relevant wider policy, research and innovation fields - and the ability to identify and draw on such external ideas and insights.-Specific skills or experience in any of the following: service design, particular change management disciplines, qualitative or user-focused research, co-production or similar participatory methods, data analysis and visualisation, and public affairs and policy.-Some level of PMO experience would definitely be an advantage
