Seeking an Office 365 Technical Analyst for a 3-month project based in Sydney for a Australian non-for profit.Key Accountabilities:Provide technical expertise to support the implementation of Office 365Undertake technical analysis and document current and future state environmentsManage technical issues as they arise, including escalation if necessaryPlan and oversee data migration activities end-to-end, including migration of email from on-premises Exchange to 365 cloudBuild effective relationships at all levels across the businessIdentify and mitigate project risks, in consultation with the Project & Change ManagerExperience Required:Expert knowledge of Office 365 from a user and technical perspective and experience in setting up and configuring Office 365 (including SharePoint & Teams) in a Greenfield implementationMinimum 10 years' experience working in an IT role or environmentSolid technical expertise in Active Directory (multi-forest, multi-domain), Microsoft AutoPilot and Intune deployment configuration, Cross-domain data migration and On-premises MS Exchange to Office 365 migrationPrior experience working with senior stakeholders to design and implement collaboration toolsA customer service mindset and experience using human-centred design principlesSuperior documentation skills, including experience capturing and analysing business requirements.If you feel you are the right fit for this role please click apply.
